Overview
This website is operated by Khatt By Randa, based in Beirut, Lebanon. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Khatt By Randa. By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Our products

  • Our pieces are designed with Arabic calligraphy and made from materials such as laser-cut acrylic. Small differences between pieces are normal and are part of how they are made.
  • We try to show colors and details as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Product sizes are given as a guide. Please contact us if you need exact measurements.

Customized orders

  • For customized pieces, we send you the design on WhatsApp before we make it. We only start making your piece after you approve the design.
  • You are responsible for checking the spelling, names and details before you approve. We make the piece exactly as approved.
  • Once you approve the design, a customized order cannot be cancelled.
  • We may refuse custom text that is offensive, unlawful, or that uses someone else’s trademark or protected design.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
  • We accept cash on delivery, Whish and OMT.
  • We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and let you know.

Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Lebanon only.
  • Delivery costs $4 to anywhere in Lebanon.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may change because of conditions outside our control.

Intellectual property
All designs, calligraphy, photos and text on this website belong to Khatt By Randa. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Khatt By Randa is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected loss that results from using our website or products. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
